Spent a lovely Easter break at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, and great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was a real treat with a great variety of food and plenty of healthy options. Really enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and the fact that there was a computer in the lobby area for guests to use.
The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with luggage. The noise from the streets outside could be quite loud, making it challenging to sleep at night.

Nice location, comfortable beds, good cappucinos :). mind 2.8 euros pp per night for city tax that is not included in the price.
You need to have practiced gymnastics to be able to take shower and dry yourself in the 50cmx50cm shower in the room :) In the night before departure one staff member in the reception promised to provide take away breakfast since we would leave early morning the next day. Upon check out another receptionist did not provide the take away breakfast as he apparently did not hear anything from his colleague.

The staff was extremely helpful, caring, bright, and friendly. I had a newly renovated room that was spacious, clean, comfortable and intelligently organized. Bleached hard-wood floors, a deck. Enough drawers, closet space, hangers - clean bathroom with good light, hair dryer, bidet, great shower with built in shower head and removable one. Desk, flat screen TV, desk, chairs. The room was laid out in a way that was logical and useful. There is also a safe, a refrigerator, water heating pot, cups and other tea/coffee and toiletry amenities. The location was in a lovely neighborhood with a lot of cafes and it was good for my needs to be near Lingotto. This hoel was stars ahead of the allegedly 3 star hotel that I had in Milano.
It would have been nice to have more English speaking TV channels. I never found one until my last day and it was a news channel. Most of the channels were American shows dubbed in Italian. The upside of this was that it was good to take a vacation from TV too.

Great location near a metro station and in a charming area with lots of cafes. the hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms, as well as a welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast was decent and the free wi-fi service worked perfectly.
The hotel could use some renovation and modernization, but it's expected for a budget hotel.

The hotel is well-situated for business travelers, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and cafes. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which saves time and money for busy travelers.
The noise level outside the hotel is quite high, particularly at night, which could be a challenge for light sleepers. there is limited availability of English-speaking TV channels, which may be a drawback for those who enjoy unwinding in front of the television after a long day of work.
